*By booking onto the course you accept that Pass+Move and their representatives shall not have any liability in respect of injuries sustained by your child. If your child is injured whilst attending the course, and where emergency contact(s) cannot be reached on numbers provided, that you give consent for your child to receive any necessary medical treatment.
